ADSC Slurry School is designed for personnel that are involved in the construction, design, and inspection of drilled shaft foundations. This course will provide insights and practical information about the theory, chemistry, and technology of constructing foundations using the slurry method of drilling. Useful information will be presented on the history and development of slurry drilling and the principal advantages of various types of slurry materials, construction techniques and testing. This School is an ADSC Members Only Benefit.

Hotel: All reservations will be made by ADSC.  The St. Petersburg Marriott Clearwater is located at 12600 Roosevelt Blvd., St. Petersburg, FL 33716. The hotel does have a complimentary airport shuttle from both the St. Petersburg-Clearwater International and Tampa International Airports. This hotel is a non-smoking facility.  Check in is 4:00pm and check out is 12:00noon. Reservations will be made by ADSC for arrival on Tuesday, November 7 and departure on Thursday, November 9, 2017. Please indicate if you need to arrive early or stay an extra day.  Additional night(s) rate is $180 per night including tax. Should attendee require early arrival or late departure day, this cost is not covered under the registration fee.

Air: The nearest airport is the Clearwater Airport (code PIE) and is approximately two miles/time from hotel.  Tampa International Airport (code TPA) is approximately 12 miles from the hotel.

Parking: Parking at the St. Petersburg Marriott Clearwater is complimentary.

Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  This school is for ADSC Members only. You will receive a confirmation by email after your registration is processed. Attendees are responsible for air, and transportation to/from the airport.

Registration for Slurry is $2295 and includes:

Applicant transfers and substitutions may be made until October 6, 2017.  Prior to Friday, October 6, 2017, refunds will be considered only if the attendee’s place in the class can be filled by another candidate. No refunds will be issued after Friday, October 6, 2017.
