REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, and space is limited to 30 student attendees. This school is for ADSC Contractor Members ONLY. Due to high demand, only two students per company are eligible for registration until August 9, 2019. After that date, if AMPIS has available positions, we will accept additional individuals from the same company. You will receive an email confirmation after your registration is processed. Attendees are responsible for air, hotel and transportation to/from the airport. Please request your hotel room while completing the registration. ADSC will book hotel rooms for you based on your registration form. 

What is Included in the Registration Fee?
Registration for AMPIS is $2295 and includes:
Course Materials
Orientation/Welcome Reception/Introduction to Safety (attendance is mandatory)
Breakfasts, Lunches and Breaks
Shuttle Service to and from AMPIS Facility daily (Monday-Friday)
Awards Dinner
Evening meals, except for the Awards Dinner, are not included

Hotel Room must be purchased through attendee registration portal, and will be added to the cost of your attendee registration at $125 per night inclusive of tax.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

The nearest airport is the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (Airport Code: CVG and is 25 miles from the hotel). Airfare is NOT included in the AMPIS registration fee. Hotel does not offer an Airport Shuttle.  Attendees are responsible for transportation to/from the airport. Major car rental companies are located near the airport.

From CVG AP: I-275 East to I-75 North to I-275 West to Exit 39 (Winton Rd). Follow ramp onto Winton Rd. Turn Rt onto Smiley St. At dead end, turn Rt, follow to end, hotel on left.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION

Applicant substitutions may be made. Applicant cancellations may be considered for refund only if their reservation can be replaced by another candidate. Otherwise, no refund will be granted.
