Corporate Technical Affiliate Members
These members shall consist of firms not regularly performing as a contractor; such as testing companies, engineers, architects, government agencies, and academicians. Corporate Technical Affiliate Members shall have no vote in any matter of the Corporation’s business, including in the election of members of the Board of Directors. Corporate Technical Affiliate Members may be elected to the Board of Directors, and as an elected Director, may vote on matters that come before the Board for a vote.
Individual Technical Affiliate Members
These members shall consist of engineers not regularly employed by foundation drilling and/or anchored earth retention contractors, but by testing companies, architects, engineers, government agencies, and academia. Individual Technical Affiliate Members shall have no vote in any matter of the Corporation’s business, including in the election of members of the Board of Directors. An Individual Technical Affiliate Member may be elected to the Board of Directors, and as an elected Director, may vote on matters that come before the Board for a vote.
Technical Affiliate Student Memberships
These members must be enrolled, either full or part-time, in a college, university, or other secondary education program as determined by the Board of Directors, and must complete any membership application and pay all required dues adopted by the Board of Directors. These members shall have no vote in any matter of the Corporation’s business, including in the election of members of the Board of Directors. Technical Affiliate Student Members are ineligible to serve as Directors of the Corporation. Technical Affiliate Student Members will receive benefits in the Corporation, such as those set forth by the Board of Directors.

Application Processing and Payment Information
You will be notified upon approval of your application. Membership shall begin on the first of the month following the Board of Directors’ approval of this application.
Membership dues shall become payable annually during that month; however, dues may be paid quarterly or annually after the first year. Please provide the necessary credit card information, or include your payment (check payable to the ADSC) for the first year’s dues with your application. For applicants outside of the U.S., please add $20 USD for first-class airmail shipping costs.
