ANNOUNCEMENT:

In an effort to further address urgent safety and health problems facing Americans in the workplace, OSHA is implementing a new Severe Violator Enforcement Program (SVEP) and increasing civil penalty amounts. This new program is intended to focus OSHA enforcement resources on employers who endanger workers by demonstrating indifference to their responsibilities under the law. This additional enforcement tool includes increased OSHA inspections in these worksites, including mandatory OSHA follow-up inspections, and inspections of other worksites of the same employer where similar hazards and deficiencies may be present. For more information, visit:  osha.gov/dep/svep-directive.pdf.

Mission/Vision
Home > Who Are We?

The ADSC is continually engaged in a process of evaluation and reinvention. As times change, so do the needs of the association's members. The ADSC's Mission remains the same, its vision is ever-evolving. The power of vision is to help one see the future. It is vision, supported by action that brings positive development.

ADSC Mission

To protect, promote, foster, and advance the interests of persons, firms, or corporations engaged in the design, construction, equipment manufacture and distribution in and for the drilled shaft, anchored earth retention (which includes micropiles and soil nailing), and corresponding industries. To encourage the use of the systems designed and constructed by its members. To foster ethical business practices. To develop, collect, and disseminate scientific and industrial data to the industry and to other parties and agencies whose activities and/or interests correspond to that of the ADSC.

ADSC Vision Statement

“To continue to be the recognized world leader in the research, development, education and design of drilled shaft, anchored earth retention (including micropiles and soil nailing), and complementary related construction.”
