In order to best serve the interests of its members located in the United States, the ADSC has established chapters based on geographic criteria. Chapter Membership, though separate and distinct from ADSC International Membership, is open to any and all members. Members may elect to participate in the activities of any chapter whose region corresponds to that in which that member maintains a corporate or individual presence.
Each Chapter is independently incorporated and governed by its own By-Laws. By-Laws as to eligibility for membership and basic operating procedures must be in essential agreement with those of the International ADSC.
